Steve Morken

Steve began his industrial real estate career in 1978, following in the footsteps of his father, Rol Morken. He has continued his father's morals and beliefs to offer his clients the highest standards of service. His goals are to reflect a life of honesty and reliability, and above all, to satisfy every client's present and future needs to the best of his ability. He is an active member in the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers.

Jim has over 30 years of experience with the Morken team. A University of Illinois at Chicago graduate, Jim joined the family firm in 1980. Chris Mooney

Senior Vice President of Morken & Associates

Chris Mooney serves as Senior Vice President Morken & Associates, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the DuPage County market. With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Mooney has secured 350 transactions with a career sales and leasing volume of $400 million.

Prior to joining Morken & Associates, Mooney served as broker with Robert Schmitz Real Estate, and CBRE.  Specializations included landlord/tenant representation assignments, seller/buyer representation for user and investment sales of industrial, flex, and office properties throughout the Chicagoland area.

Professional affiliations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR),  National Association of Realtors (NAR), Brokers Benefiting Kids (BBK).

Mooney received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL and is an Elmhurst, IL. native.
